		TRSE Contest: Top Winners of the Snapshot Contest

		The contest ran from June to September 2003, and the judging period took up most of October.

I'm pleased that this contest had received most entries of any contests TRSE ever hosted, and many of them are really good. But I think I may have not been clear with the rules on how a Snapshot fanart should be drawn, and as a result, some of the entries submitted are considered true Snapshots Fanarts. Many people did not realize that the cameras record EVERYTHING it sees, as shown by the examples of SnapShot at the Beach #13 & #16, Snapshots at the Winter #5 & #10.
Well, I decided to ignore this problem, and leave the final results as they are based on the sum of the points given by the judges: Digilee, Dave, Meagan S., Sini, Cexia, AngelRaye and myself(JA).

    -2nd Place:December, 5th. Makoto(Lita)`s Birthday!: Photo Taken by Motoki (Andrew) by Sailor_Soledad
                Not a true Snapshot fanart due to lack of background (nothing but sky as if the girls were standing at the edge of some tall building/cliff) but scored 17 pts from the judges.
    -3rd Place: National Themeparc of Netherland: Photo Taken by Mamoru (Darien) by Kitt, scored 8.5 points from Judges
