In case of chibi-characters, the jaw and temple still
meet at the same horizontal line as the mouth. When it comes to drawing
the people in real porportions, the jaw and temples don't alway meet at
that line and those with high cheeks are good examples. That'll be covered
in by an advanced article on face features. Just draw the jaw and the temple,
and then add an ear.
