It may be easier to draw the hand and the shoulder joint first before
doing the arms themselves.
Some "trials of error" may be necessary to get the arms to look right.

When she stands on one leg, her other leg is relaxed, resulting
in a shift of the hip with one side going down while other side going up.
The shoulders and arms would follow that pose if resting on the hips and
that result in the center of the body not being straight up. Again, it's
easier to draw the hands and shoulders first before playing with the arms
to get them to look right.
