Mesquite and Macedonia Claims were one
of the oldest claims opened to mine the Laguna Agates. In mos agates, the
colors and bands have "washed down" look, but some agates with strong colors
and patterns have been obtained from the claims. Most of the laguna Agates
in 1960s are most likely to have came from those claims.
