  .    Laguna Agates may be considered one of most famous and prized of all agates around the world for their good sizes, wide variety of vivid colors, tight banding, shadowy effects, and anything else that makes them so desirable. The desired kinds of Laguna Agates actually takes up only a small percentage of any Laguna agate rough while most are duller with thicker bands and many containing geode/quartz centers.  The white to lavendar colors are most common color of any laguna agates and other common colors are pink, purple, tan, gray, red, gray, and orange, but they have been known to come in any of brighter colors with green being rarest color, and any combinations of different colors are even more desirable.
