Australian Thundereggs
Agate Creek & Mt. Hayes, Queenland Province, Australia
.
It appears that several different types of thundereggs have been found in Australia with two sites being best known. One site at Agate Creek produces the thundereggs with reddish orange agate cores. It is rare to find the Agate Creek thundereggs with wide agate cores and bandings, and many come with waterline structures.
The other site is at Mount Hay which has been made a tourist park where the visitors are invited to look for the thundereggs.  Many thundereggs from that site are typically featureless tinted with brownish to orange colors, but some can come with strong banding and bright colors. That tend to make the thundereggs hard to obtain and their prices reflect that.
