Report on the Truth Behind the Myth of "Sailor Energy" as Requested by Neo-Queen Serenity of the Crystal Tokyo of Earth.
   Identify of the investigator kept anonymous for reasons mentioned in the report.

    It was widely rumored that "Sailor Energy" existed among the ranks of Sailor Soldiers. The people have been talking about how powerful she was, and how she can control every energy fabrics of the the universes. Some said that she was the most beautiful woman of all known to the humans (hence, "Venus, the Goddess of Love"). Some argued that she was the true angel, and a servant of  the Christians' "God". Others claimed that she was nothing but a mere child whose powers could exceed even those bearing the Silver Crystal. Some even went as far as saying how evil she was.

    It turned out that only Sailor Pluto knew of her, and we were able to press Sailor Pluto to reveal more about this "Sailor Energy". It was discovered that this "Sailor Energy" was not really a sailor soldier, but instead she was what appeared to be a 13 years old young pale blonde girl called Energeia which happened to be an ancient Greek name for energy.
    When we finally met her at her secret realm, we found ourselves awed at so great innocence behind her eyes which was due to her extreme isolation as required of her duty. The duty of Energeia was not to control the energy forces of the universes, but to mediate them, hence, keeping them in balance. Such duty was so demanding that only a person with such pure innocence can bear the duty for any desires can result in the impairment of one's ability to carry out such duty. That would explain her apparent lack of modesty (she didn't seem to care for her nudity even she was wearing a simple and plain clothing for our sake), and obviously even a concern for clothing can cause problems. Many emotions including falling in love can become very dangerous for such person. In spite of her innocence, she appeared to be very intelligent. Believe it or not, she didn't appear lonely (she consistently smiled) in spite of her isolation.
    What was most strange about Energeia was that she has a pair of silvery mechanical wings attached to her shoulder blades, and even Sailor Pluto was not sure of the purpose behind her wings. Perhaps, since metals are known to conduct energy well, they may have been used as means of conducting and mediating the energy forces of the universes. To thicken the air of mystery around her, Sailor Pluto couldn't tell whether she was really a living creature or just a manifestation of one of the energy forces of the universes.
    It became apparent that Energeia was in some way aware of what's going on around the universes, and it was said that she would sometimes wander from where she was. That would explain all of those rumors, angel sightings, and even some mythological stories. Her intelligence remained unexplainable. To our astonishment, she asked about the well-being of a certain girl who was said to have helped her recover from an accident she suffered during nearly a millennia ago.
    Now that we are aware of the fact that she has very weak body, and was extremely vulnerable to any foreign influences especially those from the people hungering for power as well as the religious fanatics. It is very vital that the location of her never ever be disclosed, and it would be death for us should we reveal the secrets of Energeia. Heck, we would be happy to commit suicide in an event we get captured by the bad guys for interrogation purposes.
     According to Sailor Pluto, there was rumor that there is somebody (or something) with powers that are opposite of those of Energeia. It is suggested that further investigations be conducted into this matter.
