Dwarves' Earth Treasures Museum: How to ID Agate Roughs
  Wavehill Station Agates
.

-Typical colors: White, pink, gray, red.
-Typical sizes: 2 to 10 centimeters (haven't seen any larger ones)
-Typical shapes: Rounded to domed narrow nodules (rarely fat)
-Most distinguishing characteristic: Rusty nodules with some peeling of agate bands, alternating quartz & white to pink agate layers, rarely centered.
-Special Notes: New agate find, so I don't know if any better nodules can be dug from underground. They always come in white, pink and red colors. Some nodules are entirely sagentite.
