Dwarves' Earth Treasures Museum:
Thundereggs of Australia
.
It appears that several different types of thundereggs have been found in Australia with two sites being best known. One site at Agate Creek produces the thundereggs with reddish orange agate cores. It is rare to find the Agate Creek thundereggs with wider agate cores and bandings, and many come with orange to yellow waterline structures.
The other site is at Mount Hay which has been made a tourist park where the visitors are invited to look for the thundereggs.  Many thundereggs from that site are typically featureless tinted with brownish to orange colors, but some have been found with strong banding and bright colors.
