The thundereggs from Ascension, Mexico (south of Janos, Mexico)
were dug by Peter Ghitnzey in 1960s and he died recently.I was able to
obtain a flat of thundereggs from a guy who knew Peter and I am not confident
that I will be able to get more Ascension thundereggs unless someone decides
to check Ascension out. The agate in the Ascension thundereggs tend to
be white with some grayish to lavendar hues and I had obtained some specimens
with outstanding purple to gray colors sometimes bit of red to orange and
black colors.
