Dwarves' Earth Treasures Museum:
"Lordsburg Plume" Agates
Somewhere south of Lordsburg, Arizona
.
I know nothing about those Plume agates. I found the tin can of roughs from deceased Peter Ghitney's estate and it was labelled with "Lordsburg Agates" on it. There were some reports of plume agates somewhere south of Lordsburg, but I haven't been able to obtain any information about thsoe colorful plume agates. They appear to be a kind of seam nodules with rows of plume inclusions. The plumes come in red, orange, yellow, and brown colors. That's it.
