Dwarves' Earth Treasures Museum:
Royal Aztec Lace Agates
Chibuahua Province, Mexico
.
Royal Aztec Lace Agates seem to be one of agate types that can be obtained only from 1960s stocks. The lace agates seams are mostly purple to lavendar banded types, commonly with quartz centers. Yellow, orange and pink colors are noted in some agates much to my surprise.

Rough Appearance: Broken purple seam clunks with ligher purple, to yellow bands showing.
Agates come in purple, yellow, pink and rare orange,
Can be confused with Holly Blue Agates, but Holly Blue Agates are far smaller.

Rare Orange color in bottom piece. Rare to find a specimen with whole pattern.
