"Calm before the Storm"
That's what I would describe the Sailor
Pluto: Hunger of Famine (Calm) and the Sailor
Uranus: The Wrath of War (Storm). Pluto story is
simple, and not too fast-paced while Uranus story is going to be
quite fast paced and plenty of humor. If you think that
Pluto story
is exciting, wait till you check the Uranus story out when it becomes
available that is. After all, Sailor Uranus likes to run fast. ^_~
Hard to believe that the Sailor Pluto: Hunger of
Famine has 101 pages, the same number as that of Sailor
Mercury's Beryl Curse (good omen? hehe, ^_^) .
Well, there will be some words of wisdom as typical
of Sailor Pluto, and one or two of them may be offensive to some
people due to their conservative beliefs. For example, according to Sailor
Pluto, the Earth is 4.56 billion years old based on numerous evidences
(geology, archaeology, paleontology, radiology, astronomy, etc..) while
according to some conservative Christians, the Earth is 6000 years old,
but they don't have any reliable evidences that I can find to support that.
Also, I'm independent of any religions, and that influences on Sailor Pluto's
point of view (Sailor Pluto have to be independent of any religions, otherwise,
she's be unfit to be a Guardian of the Time Gate). So, if you find something
that offends you, just please let it pass unless you're interested in engaging
rather lengthy discussion with me which I prefer to avoid....
In case anyone thinks that I seem a little harsh
on Rei Hino, but I'm not. Rei is a "City Person" who is so used to the
comforts of a city like Tokyo that she's ill-prepared to deal with the
real wilderness of northern Africa. So she get to endure a plenty of bad
times in that place.
