.

1. Unless you already know how to make proper GIFs, it helps to refer to How to Make a GIF Tutorials before you submit any GIFs. It includes some basic points on how to make a GIF properly, and transparent background (very important). If you have an art program (like MS Paint) that can save them only as BMPs, not GIFs, then you can send the BMPs to me and I'll convert them into GIFs.

2. All of the GIFs in this gallery are meant to be available for use by anyone, therefore, you must be willing to share any of your GIFs you made with anyone without having them to ask you for your permission. If you wish to submit your GIFs yet you don't want to have anyone use them. Any "Unsharable" GIFs will be posted in the Fanart Gallery.
 

3. You must include your name initials on your GIFs in both white and black colors only (so to show up on any backgrounds) just like any artists would do, and backgrounds must be colored (no white or black background!) with an unused color for me to convert into transparent "color".

    To make everything easier for me, please make sure that the file names of any GIFs you made are similar to this:

 -"SMK" stands for "Sailor Moon Kawaii" ("ANK" for Anime" for other animes).
 -"JA" is an example of my name initials, so put your names initials in that place (SMKEJ----, SMKDL----, etc).
 -"ReiRedDress" is an example of descriptive name that describes the GIFs of Rei Hino in the red dress. So use a descriptive name at the end of the filename. Please DON'T USE THOSE UNDERLINES/Dashes '_' or spaces.

Example: Don't go like this SMKJARei_Red_Dress01.gif ('_' are unreliable). Just go with SMKJAReiRedDress01.gif.

4. Each GIF must be in quality comparable to those in the galleries (meaning they must look great and well done). Try to keep the GIFs be as smallest as possible, and they must NOT exceed the limit of 16-colors (save one for transparent background) unless when absolutely necessary. Only larger Kawaii GIFs, Diorama and Doll GIFs are allowed up to 256 colors.
     If you're unable to convert your GIFS into a proper 16-color GIF format without any distortions, I can do the convertions. Pls save them as small-sized & uncompressed BMPs (make sure that they don't exceed 16 colors), and send them to me. It is a bad idea to send me any big blank pictures with a GIF taking up only a tiny spot in such pictures (like 1300K picture for an example).

5. I cannot accept any GIFs of otaku senshi (Sailor Scouts created by fans), and any other characters created by the fans due to space considerations (I'm paying for the website hosting). I also cannot accept any GIFs based on any fictions/comics that are not of Japanese origins (like Stars Wars, Harry Potter, Star Trek,  Teen Titans, etc..) due to space considerations. Same goes for any animated GIFs too.

6. Diorama GIFs have their own rules, so please check the Diorama GIF pages for info on the rules.

7. Artists' Nicknames are on first came, first served basis. For example, Ra submits her fanarts to me using her "Sailor Sun" nickname, and her fanarts are now posted in my galleries. Later,  Helios submitted the fanarts to me using his "Sailor Sun" nickname, but Ra already had the fanarts posted under her "Sailor Sun" nickname, so Helios must choose a different nickname. That is necessary to avoid any confusions as well as considering the fact that people are consistantly changing their email addresses, making everything even more confusing. That can result in posting the fanarts in wrong places/under wrong artists.

8. When you're ready to submit the GIFs to me, just email them as ATTACHMENTs (to protect against viruses) by clicking on "Email Me" or using my email address: Sailorenergy@yahoo.com I'll decide whether they're good enough to be posted in my galleries or not, and I may ask you to re-do your GIFs (I can provide tips) again if necessary.

9. Now the checklist before you send me any GIFs (IMPORTANT!)
    -The bmps & GIFs must not exceed the 16 color limit (for small ones). Only larger Kawaii GIFs, Dolls, and Diorama GIFs can have up to 256 colors.
    -The background must be colored with an unused color (NOT white or black!!). I need the background to be colored so to convert the background into a transparent "color".
    -Your name(nickname or artist name) intitals must be included on your GIFs in both black and white colors.
    -The filenames of the GIFs must NEVER include spaces nor underlines! They're very troublesome!!
    -Your GIFs must be of good quality comparable to ones already posted in the galleries? First-timers/beginners may need to do more practice if their GIFs are to be accepted. I expect all GIFs to be well-done. Please note that I also expect "Other Anime" GIFs to look like the original characters wtihout looking too "Sailor-Moonish".
