   To give Usagi (Serena) a new set of clothing, I'll have to take the steps of changing the colors of the pixels using the drawing/coloring tools.
-I used the "Open" command to retrieve the Prototype GIF.
-I used "Image" then "Increase Colors" commands to increase the Prototype GIF's number of colors to 1.6 million.
-I used the Copy & Paste command (used "Select" tools to outline her head) to move Usagi (Serena)'s head to the Prototype GIF, and adjusted her head to match with the body pixel by pixel as shown in this picture below:
