1. Sketch a line to form the base of the jaw.

2. Sketch a line to form a neck. Including an Adam's Apple lump in the middle of the neck line is optional.

3. Sketch an upper chest

4. Draw a line to form the back of the neck.

Note: Most of the sketches may take some trials of error to get them looking right.
