1. Sketch a horizontal line along the eye bases, and that line
will be referred as "Eye Base Line".
Using a measuring ruler or triangle ruler can be used
to keep the eyes level in respect to the bottom edge of the paper (see
#2 below)
2. Draw a vertical line between the eyes, and through the point of chin.
The purpose of such lines is to help level the face so the face won't look too loopsided.
