1. Note that the base of the ears is in level with the top part of the eye. Draw a slightly curving line from that line to the top of the head, and then add two lines to connect with the curved line to make a triangle. Then add a line from the point to the back of the head to form an ear.

2. Add in some details such as eyes, crescent, nose and mouth.
