The Height Chart of SM Characters.

Note that  Makoto (Lita) and Setsuna (Trista) are of the same heights.

    The heights are given by Sailor Moon Role-Playing Game and Resource Book (but I would like to get my hands on the original Japanese sources), and each colored line represents a height of each character. For example, a dark blue line represents the height of Ami (Amy). The height of Minako (Mina) is not accurate due to conflicting sources. Some said that Minako (Mina) is 5'2" (height of Ami/Amy) while others said that she is 5'0" (height of Yaten). It's not possible to obtain an accurate height of Minako (Mina) from the Anime shows due to the varying drawing styles of the artists. In her mangas, Naoko Takeuchi gave Minako (Mina) the height of Rei (Raye) (and same clothing size!), yet the Anime artists usually made Minako (Mina) shorter. I felt that the Anime version height of  5'0" suits her well because this height makes her seem more "twinlike" to Usagi (Serena). The height of  Chibiusa (Rini) varies depending on the season. In SMR, she seemed to be 5 years old, and in SMS, she seemed older, and slightly shorter than Hotaru. There had been some confusion over the porportion of her body as if she looked like she's 12 when as a senshi.
    Keep in mind is that the Original Senshi (Scouts) are young, and they will grow up a bit more, catching up with the Sailor Senshi (Scouts) of the Outer Planets. It is possible that Makato (Lita) will be as tall  (or taller) as Haruka (Amara). Also, the male characters are generally taller than the female characters because of differences in gender related hormones.
