The thundereggs came from an unusual
location on the western side of Oregon's Cascades Mountains.
It's typical to find any thundereggs on the east side of the
mountains. The thundereggs appear to be of a poor quality
and can't be polished well. The cavities are filled with
quartz crystals, sometimes agates. I cut the only rough I
got and one half crumbled while other half managed to stay
intact.
